Credit Card Center of China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) is an operation and management department of the credit card business. And according to the business progress, Credit Card Center establishes a sub-center in Suzhou, named Credit Card Center (Suzhou), with staff of ranging from 800 to 1000. Now, it is recruiting competent employees publicly from Suzhou.

I Positions, Responsibilities and Requirements.

1.    Head of Operation (1)

Help to be responsible for the detailed work including related business and technology scheme during the preparation period of the sub-center, and in charge of business operation and management work after the establishment of the sub-center.

At least 8 years working experience, including 2 years experience in operation and management of a 50-seat call center.

Familiar with credit card and retail banking services.

Good communication skill and good team player.

2.       Business Manager of Customer Services (5)

At least 4 years experience in banking, insurance, navigation, telecommunication, including 2 years experience in customer services management.

3. Business Manager of Customer Services Training (1)

Frame business training for customer services and organize to carried out the training.

At least 4 years experience in training, including 2 years experience in the development and management of training program.

4. Business Manager of Collection (2)

At least 4 years experience in finance, insurance, telecommunications, including 2 years management experience in personal business field and with knowledge of relative law.

5. Business Manager of IT Development (1)

Conduct the development, management and maintenance of credit card business system,

At least 4 years experience in the development, maintenance and management of IT system and with the Call Center experience is preferred.

6. Business Staff of Customer Services (13)

At least 2 years working experience in customer services of related industries.

7. Business Staff of Customer Services Training (1)

Help to set up training plan for customer services and organize to carry out it.

At least 2 years related experience.

8. Business Staff of Collection (7)

At least 2 years experience in collection business of credit card or related fields and with the knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

II Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree and plus;

2. Good communication skill, with CET 4 and good team player;

3. 40- years old for head of operation; 35- years old for business managers; and 28- years old for business staff;

4. Healthy;

5. With Hukou of Suzhou City;

6. Relevant working experience is preferred.

III Contract

All employees recruited shall enter into a long-term labor contract with CCB Headquarters and the working location will be in Suzhou city.
