Recently CCB held the third “Quality House Properties” award ceremony in Dalian, commending and issuing certificates to 200 quality properties and organizations.

On June 22, CCB spokesperson said that the bank held the “Quality House Properties” selection campaign in order to implement the national macro control policy, support real estate developers in building quality houses to meet the needs of ordinary people, guide residents to make reasonable housing consumption and wholeheartedly provide the ordinary people with housing services.

According to the spokesperson, it is the third time for CCB to hold the “Quality House Properties” selection campaign since 2002. CCB requires the candidate properties be ordinary commercial houses or affordable houses with sound planning and design, environment, geological position, auxiliary facilities and services and the developers must enjoy sound reputation and strong market influence.

The spokesperson stressed that CCB attaches great importance to the selection campaign and comprehensively assessed the candidate developers and 835 property projects according to the comprehensive strength, qualification, cooperation with banks, planning and design, project quality and sales prospects of the developers as well as the opinions of real estate experts. The selection result is fairly authoritative. About 200 properties including the “(Jinxinyuan) Zhujiang Yujing” of Beijing Quanying Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and the “Meilongzhen” of Gemdale Group are selected as the “quality house properties”.

CCB holds the campaign with the purpose of making full use of its advantages and cooperating with leading real estate developers to recommend the properties with high quality, sound reputation and desirable environment to the ordinary people, said the spokesperson.

CCB will take the opportunity of the “Quality House Properties” selection campaign to cooperate closely with real estate companies to serve the Chinese people, meet their needs for housing, promote the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the real estate industry and contribute to the building of a harmonious society.
