China Construction Bank Signs Cooperation Agreement with ALSTOM

On September 6, 2006, China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) singed a cooperation agreement with ALSTOM (China) Investment Co., Ltd., raising the bilateral cooperation to a new level. Mr. Guo Shuqing, Chairman of CCB, Mr. Zhao Lin, Managing Director & Vice President of CCB, and Mr. Patrick Kron, CEO of ALSTOM Group attended the signing ceremony.

The France-based company ALSTOM is a global leader in infrastructure for power generation and rail transport. As one of the FORTUNE 500 companies, ALSTOM has been an active player in the booming construction of power generation and rail transport projects of China.
