CCB Implements a “Customer Day” System

In order to put into effect its “customer focussed” service concept and to provide its customers with better quality services, CCB will, starting from January 2008, designate the first business day of the second week of each month as “CCB Customer Day”.

CCB Customer Day is a system in which the heads of CCB headquarters as well as those from first tier and second tier branches will meet with their respective customers face to face.  The aim is to listen to the customers, understand their needs, gather their opinions and suggestions on CCB’s products and services, make timely and effective feedback to these opinions and suggestions, optimise and improve on products and services, and endeavour to raise customer satisfaction.  As such, this system will open up a new channel for customers to come into direct contact with CCB.

Customers are invited to call CCB customer service hotline 95533 to make an appointment for the Customer Day.  To offer convenience to these customers, meeting places will be arranged to be as near to them as possible.
