On June 22, China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) and Centaline (China) Property Consultants Ltd. (Centaline) signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Second-hand Housing Loans, marking the establishment of long-term strategic partnership in the fields of second-hand housing financial and intermediary services.
