Upon receipt of an Letter of Credit (L/C) in the currency of RMB and advised thru CCBC HK, the L/C beneficiary located in Hong Kong can use the RMB L/C as collateral to get USD financing from CCBC HK. The beneficiary can take  advantage of the hedging products offered by CCBC HK, say IRS & NDF, to lock the related rates and mitigate the risk in both interest and exchange rates.The tenor of RMB L/C can be as long as 1 year.
