Restructuring & Rescheduling and Moratorium
China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“the Bank”) continue offering assistance to customers
who are affected by the COVID-19.
The affected customer will be eligible for a Restructuring & Rescheduling (“R&R”) and temporary
deferment (“Moratorium”) to repay their financing / loan to ease their burden.
Any customers having an issue with repaying their financing / loans, working capital or cash flows
please feel free to discuss with the Relationship officer in charge of the matter.
Eligibility |
1. Customers that are financially affected by the COVID-19. 2. Each request will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis. |
Types of Financing / Loans |
All existing loans / financing facilities. |
Moratorium Package |
The deferment package is a deferment of interest / instalment servicing up to certain months, approved by the Bank without incurring any penalties. |
Restructuring & Rescheduling (“R&R”) |
Customers are allowed to R&R their financing / loans subject to the Bank’s standard internal credit policies and assessment.

Reporting of CCRIS |
No impact on CCRIS records during the Moratorium period granted by the Bank. |
