The CCB strives to provide you with user-friendly services. It launched 95533 customer services in 1999 to make it easier for you to use its financial services.

When you dial “95533”, the CCB’s uniform customer service number, you may access a wide range of banking services easily. The CCB serves you wherever you are.

95533 customer service is the CCB’s brand name product. It serves individual clients, and corporate clients with CCB accounts. It uses the computer and telephone integration (CTI) technology, and provides an integrated information and trading platform. Clients may use it to access all banking services except for cash services.

The CCB Call Center provides services in account access, account transfer, loss reporting, third-party payment, information, complaint, and customer feedback, among others.

It offers contract corporate clients services in corporate account balance inquiry, statement access, and financial information fax, among others.

It offers all available services to contract individual clients, and information, complaint, account access, and loss reporting to non-contract individual clients.

Major services include:

Account access: Long savings account balances, statements, and account transactions; corporate account balances, and statements.

Account transfer: transfer between the client’s different savings accounts, and transfer from the client’s own account to another person’s account

Loss reporting: verbal reporting of a lost Long card, bankbook or CD.

Notification: overdraft notification, incoming fund notification, insufficient balance notification
Account management: client contract, information modification, contract cancellation, password change.

Third-party payment: taxes, water and electricity bills, telephone bills, and insurance premium

Securities business: transfer between banking and securities accounts, and fund services.

Foreign exchange trading: exchange rate inquiry, entry order, market order, and transaction inquiry.

Appointment: appointment for withdrawal of a large sum, and appointment for contract signing.

Information: network information, interest rates, exchange rates, fees, and bank services.

Customer complaint and feedback: centrally process customer complaints and feedback.
