Personal Overseas Remittance

China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) provides cross-border inward and outward remittance services for account holders. You can make outward remittance to your family and friends in China or any other countries/regions, and also receive remittance from countries/regions outside Japan.

 

1.Outward Remittance

Upon presentation of your valid identity certificate with your picture (such as residence-card, Japanese passport or driving license)sealcertification of your incomepersonal numbersupporting documents for relationship or remittance purpose , you can make remittance in our bank.  The remittance can be made in YEN/USD/EUR/HKD, by debiting your account.

* Remarks

1.Presentation of valid identity certificate with your picture is required for both outward and inward remittance.

2.For cross-border remittance over 1 million Yen or equivalent, “Statement of Remittance” with your “My Number” is required for National Tax Agency.

3.For cross-border remittance over 30 million Yen or equivalent, “Statement of Payment” is required for the Bank of Japan.

4.The Bank may ask for supporting documents for income and background transactions.

Student Preferential Remittance

The Bank provides preferential charges for students studying in Japan for outward remittance less than 1 million Yen. All other procedures and conditions are the same as above No.1. Outward remittance.
