Q1: How long will my Outward Overseas Remittance be received?
A1: Usually, your outward remittance is credited to beneficiary’s account within one or two working days, it also depends on the receiving bank’s procedure and efficiency.
Q2: Is there any limit on the remittance amount?
A2: There is no limit in Japan. However, you are required to present the documents related to your remitting amount (source of income, contracts, invoice, etc.) in accordance with relevant regulations and Laws. However, the China State Administration of Foreign Exchange implements annual total management for individual foreign exchange settlement quotas, that is, the cumulative amount of selling and buying RMB foreign exchange settlement within one year shall not exceed the equivalent of USD50,000. Therefore, quota confirmation in advance is suggested.

Q1: Can I use my Debit Card or Credit Card issued by CCB Domestic Branch at CCB Tokyo Branch?
A1: They are not available at Branches in Japan at present.
Q2: How can I withdraw cash in Japan with my Debit Card or Credit Card issued by CCB Domestic Branch?
A2: You can withdraw cash with your Debit Card or Credit Card labeled “China Union Pay” from ATMs which marked “China Union Pay”. For more information, please contact CCB Domestic Branch or China Union Pay service center.
Q3: Can I deposit to the account with CCB Domestic Branch in Japan?
A3: If you have Japanese bank account, you can submit as Overseas Outward Remittance.
Q4: How can I enquire the balance of my account with Domestic Branch?
A4: Please call CCB Service Center : +86 (area code) 95533. For example, 86-10-95533 to enquire the balance of accounts with Beijing Branch.

Q1: Are there ATMs in CCB Tokyo Branch?
A1:Currently ATMs are not set up in Tokyo Branch.
Q2: Can I withdraw cash with Cards issued by Bank of America N.A in Tokyo Branch?
A2: According to the Agreement between CCB and Bank of America, any cardholders with Bank of America N.A. can withdraw cash in any branches of Mainland China and CCB (Asia) (based in Hongkong) without any charge, but not available in Japan right now.
