1.人民幣現金服務
1. RMB Cash Services
1.1 服務項目：包括人民幣現金取款、人民幣大小面額兌換、不宜流通人民幣兌換、人民幣紙硬幣兌換等。
1.1 Service items: Including RMB cash withdrawal, RMB large and small denomination exchange, exchange of RMB unfit for circulation, RMB paper and coin exchange, etc.
1.2服務渠道：包括營業網點標識涉外現金服務窗口、ATM、紙硬幣兌換機等。
1.2 Service channels: Including service windows at the banking offices marked with foreign cash service, ATMs, paper and coin exchange machines, etc.
2.貨幣兌換服務
2.1服務項目：外幣與人民幣雙向兌換
2.1Service items: Foreign Currency to RMB swap
2.2 外幣兌人民幣：境外個人可憑本人有效身份證件辦理年度便利化額度內結匯（每人每年等值5萬美元），當日外幣現金兌換金額等值10000美元（含）以下的，憑外國護照、港澳通行證、台灣往來大陸通行證等有效身份證件直接辦理；也可憑本人有效身份證件和經常項目下有交易額的人民幣用途證明材料，辦理不佔用便利化額度的結匯業務，金額不受年度等值5萬美元限制。超過當日1萬美元的，除本人有效身份證件，還須提供經海關簽章的本人《中華人民共和國海關進境旅客行李物品申報單》或原存款銀行外幣現鈔提取單據。
2.2 Foreign currency to RMB: Overseas individuals can handle the exchange settlement within the annual facilitation quota (equivalent to 50,000 US dollars per person per year) with their valid identity documents. Foreign currency cash exchanges equivalent to 10,000 US dollars (inclusive) or less on a single day can be handled directly with valid identity documents such as foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents; they can also handle the exchange settlement that does not occupy the facilitation quota with their valid identity documents and RMB use proof materials with transaction amounts under current accounts. The amount is not subject to the annual equivalent of 50,000 US dollars. For those exceeding 10,000 US dollars on a single day, in addition to their valid identity documents, they must also provide their own "Declaration Form of the People's Republic of China for Entry Passengers' Luggage and Articles" stamped by the customs or the original deposit bank's foreign currency cash withdrawal voucher.
2.3 人民幣兌外幣：境外個人原兌換未用完人民幣可在我行銀行任一網點辦理人民幣兌回外幣業務。當日累計等值500美元（含）以下的，憑外國護照、港澳通行證、台灣往來大陸通行證等有效身份證件直接辦理；當日累計等值500美元以上的，可憑本人有效身份證件及原兌換水單辦理，原兌換水單的兌回有效期為自兌換日起24個月。
2.3 RMB to foreign currency: Overseas individuals who have not used up their RMB originally exchanged can exchange the remaining RMB to foreign at any banking office of our bank. For a cumulative equivalent of 500 US dollars (inclusive) or less on a single day, it can be handled directly with valid identity documents such as foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents; for a cumulative equivalent of more than 500 US dollars on a single day, it can be handled with valid identity documents and original foreign exchange memo. The redemption period of the original foreign exchange memo spans 24 months from the date of exchange.
2.4 可兌換貨幣：包括美元、歐元、英鎊、澳大利亞元、加拿大元、瑞士法郎、新加坡元、港幣、日元等9種貨幣。需要您諒解的是我們暫不提供外幣輔幣兌換。
2.4 Exchangeable currencies: Including US Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Singapore Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, a total of 9 currencies. Sorry for that we currently do not provide fractional currency exchange service for foreign currencies.
2.5兌換渠道：可在營業網點標識涉外現金服務窗口辦理。

3.外卡支取人民幣服務
3. Foreign card RMB withdrawal service
3.1 支援取現服務的境外銀行卡。包括：境外銀聯卡、萬事達卡（MC）、維薩卡（VISA）、和JCB卡。
3.1 Overseas bank cards that support cash withdrawal services. Including: overseas UnionPay, MasterCard (MC), Visa (VISA) and JCB cards.
3.2 支取人民幣渠道: 所有ATM自助設備均可辦理。
3.2 RMB withdrawal channels: Only available on the ATMs at our banking offices.
